4. WARRANTY

In no event shall our company or any of its employees or sub-contractors be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products.



5. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is uploaded to a server. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be 1. Not-as-described 2. Not as pre-approved 3. On a case by case basis in agreement with all the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the uploading date.
