A Domain name or ”Website Address” is registered with a Domain Name registrar that keeps track of who owns domain names. Website Magic will help you select a domain name that will help your business the most and register it for you. You may purchase more that one domain name.



What is the cost of Domain Name Registration?
If you host your website with us, your first Domain Name is free. See our Domain Name Registration page for rate after the first year and for any additional Domain Names.



Why Website Magic is less expensive and has faster setup than other companies?
Website Magic uses pre-designed templates for you to choose from and modifies that template for your specific business making it unique.



Does Website Magic help with hosting my website?
Yes. Website Magic will be happy to host your site. The cost is low compared to other hosting companies. Check out our Hosting Plans page. Website Magic will also transfer files to the hosting company of your choice, if you would rather, and does not charge at all for this service.



How do I get the search engines to find my website?
Hosting with Website Magic includes a one-time submission to all major search engine sites. Ongoing maintenance is also available to keep your site optimized for the search engines. Website Magic also utilizes metatags and proper search engine tactics while building your website.



Can I find out how many people go to my website?
Yes. You will be emailed a web address, username and password to access your control panel on the server, making available statistics on visitors to each page of your site.



Can I have my customers buy my products online?
Yes. We use PayPal, which is the most popular and secure method used for payment transfers online. Website Magic can either set up single purchasing (like on our website) or a shopping cart for customers to make multiple purchases at one time. Just let us know what your requirement is.



Can I put my company’s logo on each page in the header?
Yes. We can put Your logo in the header, but the header will not be animated like the header at the top of this page. It would include your logo with your company’s name. However, we can put your logo at the top of the body on each page, not affecting the animated header.



What can be changed on the template?
All pictures and text (including headers and navigation text) can be changed with your pictures and text.



Can I have more pages on my website than is on the template?
Yes. Any number of pages can be added for $25.00 per page; just let us know what you require.



Can I change the color of the template?
No. If you want a certain color, pick the template that has that color. We have templates available in a wide variety of colors.



What is your privacy policy?
Our privacy policy is simple. The privacy of your information is important to us. We will not sell or distribute your information to any other party, and PayPal is a secure ordering system.
